Please read before purchasing. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will always do our best to resolve any issues.

Digital Products

All products sold by Japan-InkArt are digital files (PDF coloring pages, art prints, and personality guides). Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

This policy is in place because digital files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Exceptions

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:

The file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened
You were charged but did not receive your download link
You were accidentally charged twice for the same product
The product is significantly different from what was described

In any of these cases, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will resolve the issue promptly.

A brief description of the issue
A screenshot if applicable

We typically respond within 2–3 business days.

Gumroad Purchases

Our products are sold through Gumroad. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, you can also reach out to Gumroad Support directly. Gumroad's own refund policy may also apply in certain circumstances.
